Safety & Assistance

On-Course Aid Stations

Aid stations will be available exclusively for participants wearing the official event jersey, at the following locations:

• El Vainillo Village: water, Powerade, energy bars, fruit, ice

• El Recodo Village: carbohydrate loading (bread with Nutella, bread with peanut butter, ham & cheese sandwich), water, Powerade, fruit, ice

• La Noria Village: water, Powerade, energy bars, fruit, ice

• Mazagua Water Park: water, Powerade, energy bars, fruit, ice

Important Considerations

• Helmet use is mandatory, and bicycles must be in good condition.

• A medical check-up is recommended prior to the event, as well as a bike inspection at least one day before.

• Participants release the organization from responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

• The organization is not responsible for accidents, personal expenses, debts, or damage to bicycles or equipment.

• The organization reserves the right to make any necessary modifications.
